Join us for a powerful day of inspiring talks, meaningful connection and a glimpse of the future of leadership across health, social care and the third sector in Wales.
Leadership stories from across health, social care and the third sector
The Climb Summit is a powerful celebration of leadership, courage and impact.
Across the day, each Climb graduate will take the stage to deliver their own Ed-talk. These short, TED-style talks are personal, honest and deeply moving, sharing real leadership journeys from the front line of health, social care and the third sector in Wales.
Past attendees consistently describe the Summit as inspiring, thought-provoking and energising, with talks that stay with them long after the event. The day also offers a fantastic networking opportunity, bringing together a new generation of leaders alongside senior system partners, innovators and changemakers.
Climb is a flagship leadership programme of the Intensive Learning Academy, supported by Welsh Government, and designed to build compassionate, values-led leadership capability across sectors. The Summit showcases what becomes possible when people are given the space, support and permission to lead differently.
“An exceptional showcase of leadership in action.”
