Spread and Scale is designed to help teams grow their impact beyond their immediate setting. By the end of the programme, teams leave with a 90-day plan, a deeper belief in what’s possible, and access to ongoing support through the Community of Practice. This combination of structure and support enables teams to spread what works with confidence.
Reconnecting with purpose

Many participants rediscover what they love about their work during the programme. By taking time to reflect on their strengths and values, team members often uncover the unique contributions they’re best placed to make. Spread and Scale encourages people to work from their “zone of genius” where energy, skill and purpose meet.
