An immersive three-day event, the Spread and Scale Academy is designed to propel the implementation of your project forwards, so it can scale across the NHS, social care, local authorities and private industry.

Spread and Scale will accelerate the development of your team and project by helping you to:

You will finish the event with renewed self belief and belief in your work. Your team will be better equipped to drive transformative change with strong leadership, good practice and new models on a new and national level.
Following your attendance at the Academy, you will be invited to join the Spread and Scale Community of Practice.

Requirements to apply
You will need a developed small scale project, a team of three to six people, and the motivation to unleash your project at scale. The event is suitable for SMEs and cross-sector teams focusing on health, health innovation and social justice.
Fees for the next Academy
Places on the Spread and Scale Academy cost £1500 per person.
Wales-based public sector and third sector organisations will receive a 40% discount.
Wales-based NHS and publicly-funded social care organisations will not be charged as their fees are covered by Welsh Government Intensive Learning Academy Funding.
