Mae Sefydliad Calon y Ddraig yn falch o ddatgelu hunaniaethau gweledol newydd ar gyfer ei raglenni blaenllaw, Climb a Lledaenu a Graddio. Yn fwy na logos yn unig, mae’r dyluniadau newydd hyn yn tynnu’n ddwfn o’r byd naturiol ac o symbolaeth hynafol Cymru \u2013 gan ddwyn i gof y gwerthoedd craidd a’r teithiau trawsnewidiol sydd wrth wraidd y ddwy raglen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climb: Y Symbol Ysbrydoledig gan Awen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mae logo newydd Climb yn tynnu ei ysbrydoliaeth o’r Awen, symbol o ddiwylliant Celtaidd a Chymreig. Mae’r gair Awen yn cyfieithu’n fras fel “ysbrydoliaeth” yn y Gymraeg, ac mae’r symbol ei hun yn cynnwys tri phelydryn o olau, yn deillio o dair pwynt.<\/p>\n\n\n

Yng nghyd-destun natur, gellir gweld Awen mewn golau sy’n disgyn rhwng canghennau coed. Mae’n symbol o greadigrwydd, twf, cydbwysedd a deffroad: gwerthoedd sy’n adlewyrchu pwrpas ac arfer rhaglen Climb yn berffaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Climb yn ymwneud \u00e2 helpu arweinwyr i fanteisio ar eu doethineb mewnol, cysylltu’n ddwfn \u00e2’u gwerthoedd, a chamu i’w potensial llawn. Mae Awen yn ein hatgoffa nad yw arweinyddiaeth yn ymwneud \u00e2 hierarchaeth na theitlau, mae’n ymwneud ag aliniad, dewrder a llif cysylltiad dilys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMae Awen yn drosiad perffaith ar gyfer Climb,\u201d eglura Bryn Kentish, Rheolwr Rhaglen DHI. \u201cMae\u2019n cynrychioli\u2019r ysbrydoliaeth sy\u2019n dod pan gaiff pobl eu gweld, eu clywed a\u2019u cysylltu\u2019n llawn \u00e2\u2019i gilydd, \u00e2 phwrpas, ac \u00e2\u2019r newid maen nhw am ei wneud yn y byd.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lledaeniad a Graddfa: Ailddychmygwyd y Droell Geltaidd<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mae logo newydd Spread & Scale wedi’i ysbrydoli gan y droell Geltaidd, un o’r symbolau hynaf a mwyaf parhaol mewn natur a diwylliant fel ei gilydd. I’w weld ym mhopeth o redyn yn datblygu i gerhyntau cefnfor, ffosiliau amonit i alaethau, mae’r droell yn cynrychioli twf, esblygiad, ehangu a pharhad.<\/p>\n\n\n

Yn y traddodiad Celtaidd, mae troellau’n aml yn symboleiddio taith bywyd, nid fel llinell syth, ond fel proses o ddatblygu, cylchdroi’n \u00f4l, dysgu, a thyfu allan yn barhaus. Mae hyn yn ei gwneud yn ddelwedd addas ar gyfer yr Academi Lledaenu a Graddio, lle nad dim ond atgynhyrchu arloesiadau yw’r nod, ond eu mireinio, eu haddasu a’u hesblygu mewn ymateb i gyd-destunau newydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNid dyblygu yw graddio. Mae\u2019n ymddangosiad, gwydnwch a symudiad,\u201d meddai Ruth Jordan, Cyfarwyddwr Sefydliad Calon y Ddraig. \u201cMae\u2019r troell yn dal hynny\u2019n berffaith. Mae\u2019n ein hatgoffa nad yw lledaeniad yn llinol. Mae\u2019n organig, yn berthynol, ac wedi\u2019i wreiddio mewn momentwm sy\u2019n adeiladu dros amser.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn union fel mae troellau\u2019n ymddangos ar draws y byd naturiol \u2013 o batrymau hadau blodyn yr haul i gorwyntoedd \u2013 mae Spread & Scale yn cydnabod y gall syniadau pwerus, pan g\u00e2nt eu meithrin a\u2019u strwythuro\u2019n iawn, ymestyn allan i greu newid dwys ar draws y system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae’r logos newydd hyn yn cynnig mwy na chydlyniant gweledol, maent yn cario ystyr, bwriad ac ymdeimlad dwfn o le. Wedi’u gwreiddio yn nhreftadaeth Cymru ac wedi’u hysbrydoli gan batrymau naturiol o dwf a chysylltiad, maent yn cyd-fynd yn hyfryd \u00e2 chenhadaeth y Sefydliad i dyfu pobl, cyflymu newid, ac ymgorffori arweinyddiaeth dosturiol ar draws iechyd a gofal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae pob symbol yn wahoddiad i arwain gyda phwrpas, i raddfa’r hyn sy’n gweithio, ac i gofio bod newid parhaol yn dechrau gyda chysylltiad dynol a gwerthoedd a rennir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
