Ar 24 Mehefin 2025, cynhaliodd Neuadd Fawr Campws y Bae Prifysgol Abertawe ddigwyddiad pwerus a chyffrous: copa olaf Carfan Climb Pedwar \u2013 y “Carfan Platinwm” o’r un enw. Nododd y diwrnod uchafbwynt taith arweinyddiaeth 10 mis a gyflwynwyd gan Sefydliad Calon y Ddraig (DHI), a daeth ag arweinwyr iechyd a gofal o bob cwr o Gymru a thu hwnt ynghyd i ddathlu gr\u0175p rhyfeddol o newidwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nid rhaglen arweinyddiaeth gyffredin yw Climb. Wedi’i gwreiddio yn egwyddorion dilysrwydd, bregusrwydd a newid systemau, mae Climb wedi’i gynllunio i dyfu’r math o arweinyddiaeth y mae’r GIG, a gwasanaeth cyhoeddus yn ehangach, ei hangen ar frys. Dros gyfnod y flwyddyn, mae cynrychiolwyr yn archwilio eu gwerthoedd, yn meithrin sgiliau perthynas, yn ymarfer sgyrsiau dewr, ac yn myfyrio’n ddwfn ar eu pwrpas fel arweinwyr. Mae’n rhaglen nad yw’n ychwanegu s\u0175n, mae’n helpu i dynnu pethau’n \u00f4l i’r hyn sy’n wirioneddol bwysig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mae rhaglen Climb yn rhan o genhadaeth Sefydliad Calon y Ddraig i ddatblygu arweinwyr dewr, tosturiol a pharod i newid ar bob lefel o’r system. Trwy gymysgedd o addysgu trochol, hyfforddi gan gymheiriaid, hwyluso arbenigol ac adrodd straeon, cefnogir cynrychiolwyr i fagu hyder, dyfnhau eu mewnwelediad a chamu i’w potensial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wedi’i chyflwyno gan d\u00eem DHI \u2013 Ruth Jordan, Kelly McGuffie a Bryn Kentish \u2013 mae’r rhaglen bellach yn denu sylw cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol, gyda cheisiadau ar gyfer y Cohort Pump sydd ar ddod ymhell yn fwy na’r lleoedd sydd ar gael.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Disgrifiodd un cynrychiolydd Climb fel \u201c10 mis o le, myfyrdod, her ac ystyr. Mae wedi fy helpu i ailgysylltu \u00e2\u2019r hyn sydd bwysicaf, mewn arweinyddiaeth ac mewn bywyd. Mae wedi fy annog i arwain gyda fy nghalon \u2013 nid trwy wneud mwy, ond trwy ymddiried ynof fy hun yn fwy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rhannodd un arall: \u201cMae Climb wedi fy helpu i ddod yn gliriach yngl\u0177n \u00e2\u2019r math o arweinydd rydw i eisiau bod, nid trwy ychwanegu mwy o gynnwys na chymhlethdod, ond trwy ofyn cwestiynau dyfnach, annog myfyrio dwfn a darparu eglurder.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wrth wraidd profiad Climb mae’r cysylltiadau a ffurfir rhwng cyfranogwyr. Mae cynrychiolwyr yn dysgu gyda’i gilydd ac oddi wrth ei gilydd, gan feithrin ymddiriedaeth ddofn a phwrpas cyffredin ar draws ffiniau proffesiynol, sefydliadol a daearyddol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEfallai ein bod wedi dechrau fel dieithriaid,\u201d myfyriodd un cyfranogwr, \u201cond gyda\u2019n gilydd fe wnaethon ni lywio anghysur, herio rhagdybiaethau, ac adeiladu cysylltiadau wedi\u2019u gwreiddio mewn gweledigaeth a rennir a bregusrwydd. Daethom yn rhywbeth mwy: rhwydwaith o ffrindiau, cynghreiriaid a gwneuthurwyr newid y dyfodol ar gyfer y GIG a thu hwnt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y gynhadledd olaf yw lle mae’r daith yn dod yn fyw. Aeth pob cynrychiolydd i un o dair llwyfan lliw \u2013 coch, gwyrdd, neu las \u2013 i gyflwyno eu \u201cSgwrs Addysg\u201d bersonol: stori fer, bwerus am dwf, her, arweinyddiaeth a gobaith. Roedd y sgyrsiau’n galonogol, yn onest ac yn ysbrydoledig iawn \u2013 gan symud llawer yn yr ystafell i ddagrau, a phawb i fyfyrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ymhlith y gwesteion roedd Marie Brousseau-Navarro, Dirprwy Gomisiynydd Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol Cymru, a rannodd y myfyrdod hwn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maent yn ein harwain tuag at wasanaethau cynaliadwy sy’n canolbwyntio ar y claf, a ddarperir ar y cyd \u00e2’r gymuned ac arweinyddiaeth yn seiliedig ar ddewrder, empathi a gofal gwirioneddol.
